Alicia Paterson

Alicia is a dynamic futurist on a mission to manifest a seamless digital world and has spent much of the last 20 years working extensively with executive teams to create enduring structures and programs for continuous innovation and digital success, including leadership roles at Google and SingTel.

Alicia holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of New South Wales, completed graduate studies with Harvard Business School and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, is a private pilot, certified yacht skipper and card-carrying magician.

Shay Kaneshiro

Shay is a wonderer and wanderer. Having spent much of her career consulting for global Fortune 100 enterprises and even starting a couple companies of her own, she’s seen the ever-changing dynamic between technology and people, and enjoys connecting the dots between both to balance machine with humanity. She recently joined CYPHER Learning to help connect the way we live with the way we learn. She previously led an enterprise-wide DEI initiative at Cisco to digitize a program and platform focused on accelerating diverse talent. Her passion for technology and the future of work can be felt through her advocation of VR and OpenAI.
